How do I place a custom order?
You can place a custom order by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or through our website. We’ll discuss your design ideas, preferred style, occasion, and timeline before proceeding.
Do I need to come in person for measurements?
Not necessarily. You can submit your measurements using our measurement guide. However, if an in-person fitting is available and convenient, it is recommended for the best fit.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Production time depends on the design complexity and fabric availability. On average, custom orders take between 7–21 days. Urgent orders may be accommodated depending on availability.
Can I choose my own fabric?
Yes. You may select from our available premium fabrics or provide your own fabric, subject to quality approval.
Do you accept inspiration photos or custom designs?
Absolutely. You can share inspiration images, sketches, or ideas, and we will tailor a design that matches your vision while ensuring quality and proper fit.
